  • Can I bring in an outside caterer or our own food to accommodate our cultural requirements?

    The Starting Gate is a full-service catering facility and our in-house Executive Chef creates all of our menus. We are happy to work with you to see if our chef can accommodate your food preferences, including any special dietary or allergy restrictions. We do not allow outside catering.

  • How large is your bartender and wait staff team?

    An exceptional server-to-guest ratio of 1:20 ensures that every guest is served promptly, so no one waits long for a drink or their meal.
